Thank you for partnering with us through another wonderful year. We hope you and your family have an enjoyable and relaxing summer break. Below are some items we would like to share with you as school wraps up for the year.
Summer Camps:
Art Camp: Mr. Wanner will again be holding his Art camp for ACS 3rd - 8th Graders. This year, camp will be held from July 14 - July 18. 3rd - 5th graders will meet from 9:30 - 12:00 and 6th - 8th graders will meet from 12:45 - 3:30. Please see the attached registration form for all of the exciting details. There are also forms in the office.
 Computer Camp: Mr. Kiser, Mr. Musch and Mrs. VanNoord are inviting you to attend ACS Computer Camp. This year's camp will be held July 28 - August 1 from 9:00 - 11:30. This camp is open to students entering grades 4 - 8 and is limited to 30 attendees. Register soon to secure your spot. To read ALL about it, click on the link. There are also forms in the office. Worship Recital: You are invited to a worship recital featuring Nancy Van Noord, saxophone, and Kenneth Bos, piano at the Calvin College Recital Hall in the Covenant Fine Arts Center on Monday, June 16 at noon. Tickets will be available at the door. Mrs. VN would love to see you there!

Summer Math Review: Mr. Boersma has put together a summer math review packet that covers the 11 chapters your students worked through this year. The link below will bring you to that page. | 7th Grade News |
Class Video: The 7th graders have been reflecting on "identity" over the past few days in LA and Bible. We've discussed different ways the world tries to label us, but how in Christ, we are transformed and are given a new identity. Here is a link to the 7th Grade Identity Video that we put together during our study.
Summer Math Review: Miss Sanderson and Mr. Kiser recommend that 7th Grade students looking ahead to Algebra next year complete this Summer Math Activities review. The review has a brief recap of targeted concepts, practice pages, and activities/games that can be completed with another family member.

| Athletics |
Fall sports sign-ups for the 2014/15 school year for 5th - 8th grade are now out. Please click on the link below to sign your son up for boys soccer or your daughter up for girls volleyball. You may also find the link by going to the ACS 5-8 Athletic page. The sign-up deadline will be August 8. Reminder, no late sign-ups will be accepted.
